White Eagle Platform provides software tools for transportation-company administration and operations. Access is granted only to authorized users and organizations.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

Each organization is responsible for selecting its administrators, assigning permissions, maintaining its records and controlling the actions of its users.

White Eagle may suspend access when necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law, prevent harm or address unpaid service obligations.

White Eagle may collect account information, organization information, contact details, operational records, authentication data, device information and platform usage activity.

Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, support customers, maintain audit records, improve platform performance and comply with applicable legal obligations.

White Eagle does not claim ownership of an organization’s operational data. Each organization retains responsibility for determining what information its users enter into the platform.

White Eagle does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive personal information unless a specific, protected feature expressly requires it.

White Eagle uses essential cookies and comparable browser storage to maintain authenticated sessions, protect accounts and preserve required application settings.

Essential authentication cookies are necessary for secure access. Additional analytics or marketing cookies will not be used without appropriate disclosure and configuration.

Users may not attempt to access another organization’s workspace, bypass permissions, interfere with platform security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Users may not upload content that violates law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or contractual obligations.

Credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons. Each individual should use a separately assigned account.

White Eagle uses authentication, organizational access controls, role-based authorization, audit records and database security policies designed to protect platform information.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Users remain responsible for safeguarding their devices, passwords, email accounts and access credentials.

Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents should be reported promptly to White Eagle support.

White Eagle is a software provider. It is not FMCSA, DOT, an insurance company, a law firm, an accounting firm or a regulatory agency.

Compliance reminders, expiration alerts, forms, reports and operational recommendations are informational tools only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, insurance, tax or professional advice.

Motor carriers, employers, drivers and other authorized personnel remain solely responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable federal, state and local requirements.

AI Walker may summarize information, identify patterns, produce drafts, suggest actions and generate operational recommendations based on available data.

Artificial-intelligence output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Authorized personnel must independently review important information before relying on it.

Final decisions involving safety, dispatch, employment, legal compliance, accounting, insurance and business operations remain the responsibility of the organization and its authorized personnel.

Mileage, rates, fuel costs, revenue, profitability, deadlines, compliance status and other calculated values may be estimates and may differ from actual results.

White Eagle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific financial outcomes, regulatory approval, successful delivery, broker payment or the accuracy of third-party information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, White Eagle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
